We recently purchased a new GE washer and dryer from ABC Warehouse in Sylvania. Two days later and one wash load later the washer failed. It took ten days to get a repair person from GE to replace the main board that had failed. Our sales person Rodney came to our house with a fellow employee and tried to resolve the problem without any success. The manager wasn't any help at all and we received no further assistance or contact from ABC Warehouse. Would have appreciated better service.

Went there to get qoutes on some car audio and the professional there told me the Rockford 500 watt amp or 750 watt amp would get fried because of the ATG subs would pull to much power. Now I’m not a professional or anything but isn’t the whole reason to have an amplifier is to power subwoofers because they don’t produce their own power? Definitely was not confident with anything he said to me. Anyways they have 2 10” ATG subwoofers in a ported box right now for $179 so go buy those but I wouldn’t let them install anything or do anything to your vehicle. Really wanna know how the hiring process goes with this. Also why don’t you guys have anything set up for customers to hear if you want to sell products you have to advertise it and he claims because the board wouldn’t be able to handle the power I feel is straight laziness. Go to Tas or Car stereo one and they have their products available for you to hear and see in person also they are very knowledgeable and confident.

Had a radio installed on my truck I asked them to run the remote wire and the amp Jacks from the front of the stereo back to my amplifier. I had a converter hooked up to the factory radio before the new radio got put in they did not do that. they left the amp Jacks and remote wire connected to the converter never even ran it proper like I asked but charged me for it

Thank you to Gavin, Jeff D and Carmen! Jeff and Gavin did an immaculate job moving in my new appliance without any damage to the item or my home. Might not mean anything to the reader or the company but my front door was damaged by the last company moving in appliances and I was concerned about what would happen this time. Carmen handles the online purchases along with John and they kept me updated every step of the way and what was supposed to take 6 weeks was completed in 2! With this being a honest review no thank you to Tom at the Sylvania location. The salesman I wanted was out so you tried to make a commission and sell me an appliance I did NOT want. To add insult to injury refused to sell me the item I wanted because it was an Online item only at the time so your work around was show me the broken whirlpool on the sales floor! Love when men, salesman, treat women as the inferior sex. I knew what and who I wanted and that wasn’t going to get you a commission. So happy that I followed my homework and money to where I should have been. Sorry I didn’t get to meet Ofir. Next appliance.

I have been shopping at this store on Monroe Street for over 30 years. Everybody that I have dealt with at the store is amazing. I have one little hiccup problem between corporate and the warranty company they were all amazing. I cannot say enough about this company. they are amazing. Great prices great salesman and they have amazing people at their corporate office. they are glad to help if you need it
